Eight days that changed everything. Seven weeks to walk through them.
This Lent, walk with your congregation through the final week of Jesus’ life: the eight days that shaped human history and transformed the world. The gospel writers gave this stretch of time extraordinary attention. Nearly half of John’s gospel, over a third of Mark’s, and significant portions of Matthew and Luke focus on what Jesus said, did, and endured between Palm Sunday and Easter.
The Final Week begins with Jesus’ entrance into Jerusalem and moves day by day toward the cross and the empty tomb. Along the way, your people will encounter the drama, heartbreak, and hope of these pivotal moments, and discover why the gospel writers found these eight days so essential to understanding who Jesus was and what his life means for us today. Whether someone is new to the story or has heard it many times, there’s something profound about walking this path together.
Sermon recordings, study guides, series graphics, and promotional materials are all included and ready to use or adapt for your church. Give your people room to slow down this Lent and walk the road to Easter together.
