After growing up in the Kansas City area and earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Stephens College, Megan pursued theatre professionally and then moving into the business world, before joining Resurrection’s ShareChurch team in 2023. A skilled communicator and leader, she is passionate about building Christian community, creating meaningful connections, and helping to strengthen churches.

Megan loves being with her family – husband Jacob and their two adorable kids – and volunteering with Resurrection Overland Park’s worship team and children’s ministry. In her free time, Megan also particularly enjoys reading, music, basking in sunshine, exploring, and connecting with others—preferably over tacos!
