Description:

FOCUS: A Second Look at Familiar Stories is a comprehensive 4-week student ministry curriculum designed for middle and high school youth groups. This series invites students to revisit well-known Bible stories—Noah’s Ark, Moses and the Exodus, Jesus’ healing ministry, and Pentecost—through a more mature theological lens, wrestling with difficult questions and discovering deeper truths about God’s character.

Each week includes complete teaching materials with director guides, mentor guides, discussion questions tailored for both middle and high school students, creative activity options (both active and crafty), supply lists, social media ideas, and weekly challenges. The curriculum thoughtfully addresses tough questions students actually ask, providing mentor notes with honest, age-appropriate responses about topics like God’s justice, miracles, and spiritual gifts.

Perfect for youth pastors and volunteer leaders seeking ready-to-use content that respects students’ growing faith while providing practical, implementable programming for weekly gatherings.
