Resurrection Kids Lead Director
Jason began in ministry serving teens for over 20 years and then served eight years as the Resurrection West Location Pastor. He’s always felt a call to reach, shepherd, and equip families, as expressed in his speaking and published works on youth ministry and teen talks. Jason is a licensed local pastor in the United Methodist Church and leads Resurrection’s ministry with children and families across all of our locations, including online. You will often find him dreaming of new ways to do effective ministry…or way out on a mountain stream fly fishing! He is married to Scharme, and they have two teenage daughters.

Diane has been on staff at Resurrection since 2013. She grew up in Blue Springs, MO, has been a life-long United Methodist, and felt a call to ministry while completing her master’s degree in teaching. She is constantly trying to think of new ways to do ministry and loves expressing her creativity in Vacation Bible Camp and many other community events. Diane and her husband of 17 years have 3 children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, watching her kids in all their activities, and road-tripping across the country to wherever her minivan will take them!

Overland Park Resurrection Kids Director
Jennifer has been serving in kids ministry for eight years, the past two of which have been as the Kids Ministry Director at our Overland Park location. Jennifer’s call to ministry began while serving as a volunteer kids’ leader at another church, which led to the staff position that launched her life in ministry. Her passion is creating safe, welcoming environments at Resurrection for all kids and their families so they, in turn, can experience the love of Christ.
