Sample list of toys and other incentive items used in partner schools to support literacy and good behavior programs. Shopping lists are attached to colored plastic bags. Congregants use the list as a guide and can purchase one or more of the requested items and return to the church. Bags are color coded according to gender and age group, making sorting and distribution easier. These items are not distributed at Christmas, so care is taken in not refering to them as gifts.
