Advent Family Experience Kit

Resurrection’s Children’s Ministry created a Family Experience Kit to help families engage more fully in Advent. These resources were created in 2020, while all worship was online at Resurrection, but these materials can be used by families any year or adapted as part of Sunday School curriculum.

Included are samples and design graphics for:

• Family Experience page with a devotion, family activity, prayer tip and service suggestions
• Table Topic discussion cards
• Family Advent Calendar
• Advent Wreath lighting instructions and liturgy
• Christmas Eve and Christmas Day suggestions to enhance worship
• Prayer Prompt Card
• Be the Light Buttons and instruction cards
• Sticker (can be placed on the kit bag)
• Bingo Card for Neighborhood Christmas Light Activity
• Letter to Jesus and letter to Santa
