Jonathan has a passion for helping people and churches live out their faith in the world. He helps strengthen other churches by equipping their leaders with ideas, tools, resources and training.

Jonathan spent his childhood in Kansas and his adolescence in Europe. He finished two undergraduate degrees in Business Management, a master’s degree in international affairs and another in theological studies. After a few years of community organizing and coordinating political awareness tours around the world, he joined a United Methodist church staff in Washington, DC. In 2001, he moved back to KC to join our Resurrection staff.

More than anything, Jonathan loves being married to his wife Angie and doing just about anything with their six kids. He particularly enjoys hiking, climbing mountains, catching fish, baking, holding babies, making plans, serving others, raising animals, and growing things.
