Overcoming Lukewarm Discipleship

Part of the online ShareChurch Training Series 2021

March 4, 2021 | 10:00am – 12:30pm CT

Half-Day Online training presented by Church of the Resurrection’s Adult Discipleship team, focused on engaging congregants in the discipleship pathway.

Additional Details

At The Church of the Resurrection, we had a problem.  Many of our congregants were joining us for worship but weren’t engaging in our pathway of discipleship.  Learn how we identified the problem and the strategies and resources helping us get back on track as we build a Christian community where non-religious and nominally religious people are becoming deeply committed Christians.  Included in this session will be an introduction to a new initiative that we’ve employed to help accomplish this, called Community Life Ministers.

Hosts: ShareChurch Ministry at Church of the Resurrection, Leawood, KS

Registration is now open. Available through March 4.

What People Are Saying

Thank you, thank you, thank you!  We are shifting so much to meet the needs of our community during this time that we have really been stretching our staff resources.  I am so grateful for your willingness to share – not just the content, but also the time it took just to reply (and so quickly!)!  Really, thanks!

Darren R.

Sharechurch is such valuable resource to us all.  I find that I access it first on many topics just to begin my research, or to confirm if we are on the right track on a number of topics.  Thank you and COR for providing this to us all.
